what is eft?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a combination of acupuncture and psychology in which tapping on certain parts of the body (meridians) releases blocked energy while repeated phrases rewire the brain to reverse and lessen (and in some cases, eliminate) the experiences of a wide variety of discomforts including anxiety, depression, limiting beliefs, phobias, disease, and even pain.
