Soul Study is a virtual book club curated to encourage soul growth and expansion in the comfort of your own home!
Meetings take place on Monday evenings at 7 PM EST through a free video conferencing website called Zoom.
Over the course of about one month's time we will gather virtually to discuss the content of that month's selected book. Often, discussions may organically transition into healings such as mindset coaching, meditations, inner child work, etc. Each session tends to have a soul of it's own!
Cost: $33 (does not include book)
Join us as we begin our next book, It Didn't Start with You by Mark Wolynn on November 18th.
"Depression. Anxiety. Chronic Pain. Phobias. Obsessive Thoughts. The evidence is compelling: the roots of these issues may reside in the traumas of our parents, grandparents, and even great-grandparents. The latest research affirms that traumatizes experience is passed on to future generations and that this emotional inheritance, hidden in everything from our gene expression to everyday language, plays a far greater role in our health than ever previously understood.
Building off the work of the leading experts in neuroscience and post traumatic stress, Mark Wolynn has developed a pioneering approach to identifying and breaking these inherited family patterns. It Didn't Start with You is his accessible, pragmatic, and prescriptive guide to a method that has helped thousands of people reclaim their lives."
"I’m currently in a personal growth book club that my new friend Angelica Martin is leading and I am so grateful for her because I am working on myself mentally to make myself a better person and an even happier person.
This is the third book club I have participated in with her and I have grown so much since the first book. The work that she does during these sessions is unexplainable and I never thought I would be able to trust someone that I have only known a short period of time.
What are you currently reading?
PS: If you’re interested in her book study, definitely get in touch with her! "
